There are 151.23+/- acres planted to Pinot Noir Wine Grapes. The vineyard's irrigation water is delivered from two sources. Sacramento River via the North Delta Water Agreement and an AG well located on the property. Spacing is 6'x 10', all on drip irrigation. Clones are CL38, CL73, CL123, & CL71. The Levee System is maintained by the central Valley Flood Protection Board, Maintenance Area #9; the board is charged with maintaining the integrity of the levee system.
