Definitions of Real Estate Designations

CREA
The Certified Real Estate Appraiser designation is conferred by the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NAREA). The designation is designed for state-licensed or certified appraisers of residential, condominiums, vacant land, small commercial and other properties.
